Kumpirmado na ang pansamantalang paghihiwa-hiwalay ng landas ng talented trio ng Idol Philippines Season 1 na sina Matty Juniosa, Enzo Almario, at Lucas Garcia na mas kilala sa tawag na iDolls.
Noong nakaraang September 3 ay nagpasalamat sa pamamagitan ng isang tweet si Enzo sa mga nanood sa kanilang gig sa Newport World Resorts, at nagpahiwatig na iyon na ang kanilang huling live show.
"I was really holding back my tears kasi 3 years din ‘yun sisters. Through ups and downs, away at bati, kayong dalawa kasama ko. Thank you sa inyong dalawa and I love you both," mensahe ni Enzo.
Hindi pa man nilinaw kung ano ang dahilan ng kanilang pansamantalang paghihiwalay, nag-iwan rin ng emosyonal na mensahe ang miyembrong si Lucas sa kanyang Twitter.
"Mahabang taon ng kantahan, baklaan, awayan, iyakan, tawanan at mahalan tungo sa paalamanan. I will always cherish all those moments we spent together, all those laughter we shared, all those stories we told."
Nitong Martes naman ay tuluyan ng kinumpirma ni Matty ang disbandment ng kanilang grupo.
"I know by now that you have found out iDolls will be disbanding for a while, and that is because I will be pursuing a second degree in the UK for Musical Theater after I was granted a partial scholarship by The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland," bungad ni Matty sa kanyang tweet.
"This endeavor is one that I am immensely excited for but more than anything, anxious, because I have never been on my own and I haven't experienced sustaining myself, all the more in a foreign country.
"Having said that, I am taking last minute inquiries and performance requests while I'm still here! I'll be leaving on the 20th of September and I do hope anyone who's interested would reach out to me, I'd love to perform for you before I leave! This will really help me out with sustaining my studies and cost of living," paliwanag ng singer.
